UPDATE: Hearing has been moved to 2pm

On Friday, February 21st, pro-life investigators behind the hidden camera Planned Parenthood videos will be arraigned in criminal court for “criminal eavesdropping.” This comes after a preliminary hearing last Fall where Judge Christopher Hite threw out almost half the charges brought by California’s Attorney General Xavier Becerra against David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt of The Center for Medical Progress.

This marks the beginning of yet another jury trial, coming after the devastating judgement in civil court where a jury determined that CMP and its members owed Planned Parenthood over a million dollars for assuming alternate identities and “trespassing” at professional conferences and business meetings. Now, with this new trial, David and Sandra are facing prison time.

The good news is that the civil case will be appealed and every single court appearance serves as another opportunity for the Pro-Life Community to expose the public to the reality of Abortion Violence and the atrocities of the abortion industry.
